Repayment, Prepayment and Cancellation

This chapter deals with the repayment, prepayment and cancellation clauses in the LMA loan agreements. It explains the difference between compulsory prepayment and events of default as well as discussing prepayments for illegality, sanctions and change of control. And the circumstances in which the borrower is often given the right to prepay individual lenders.
