This chapter discusses the clauses in the LMA loan agreements which describe the Facilities available; their purpose; and the conditions precedent to their utilization. It explains the several nature of the lenders’ obligations; the Agent’s role in relation to the approval of the conditions precedent; and the role of a Default as a drawstop.
