This chapter reviews the schedules to the LMA loan agreements including the conditions precedent; the Reference Rate Terms and the calculation of the Daily Non-Cumulative Compounded RFR Rate. It also reviews a common form of legal opinion, highlighting the role of the assumptions and qualifications.
