The Inception, the Concept and the Second Life of Supersymmetry

I briefly review the birth of four-dimensional supersymmetric field theories and their applications. I explain the rise and fall of supersymmetry-based phenomenology. Then I focus on successes of SUSY in Yang-Mills theories at strong coupling.
