摘要

The Resilience Engineering (RE) aims to provide the necessary means for an adequate management of safety in these Complex Sociotechnical Systems (CSS), which considers variability as a determining factor for an adequate management. Some tools used in studies related to the RE, such as FRAM and AHP, allow the variability of these CSS, such as the construction sector, to be analysed in a more realistic way. Therefore, the aim of this article is to identify the main qualities of the alternative approach using FRAM and AHP in the construction sector. This review was conducted under the PRISMA guidelines. The electronic databases used were: Web Of Science (WoS), Scopus, ScienceDirect and PubMed. The main search string was performed using “Title/Abs/Key”. Five studies are presented that mark the alternative approach using FRAM and AHP in the construction sector. The compatibility of FRAM for analysing variability in conjunction with other tools and approaches could be confirmed, allowing specific problems to be analysed while maintaining a global perspective of the CSS. However, the combination of FRAM and AHP could be complicated if the staff analysing it does not have an adequate level of expertise and knowledge.
