摘要

Disturbance of oxidative homeostasis and additional loading of biologically active substances are reflected in changes in the morphological composition of blood. The aim of our study was to investigate the dynamics of integral hematological indices as a way to assess the reactive changes in the blood of rats on the load of natural antioxidants and induced oxidative stress. A total of 150 male rats were used in the experiment; they were divided into control and 4 experimental groups. According to the group affiliation, the animals received daily intragastric water, strawberry water extract, walnut meal suspension, quercetin oil solution and a mixture of strawberry water extract and walnut meal suspension in a 1 ml volume for a month. Starting from day 31, the animals were injected with CCI4 intramuscularly at the dose of 2 g/kg of animal weight for 6 days, and in parallel, the loading with natural antioxidants was continued. Blood sampling was performed on days 30 and 37 from the tail. Standard indices of general blood analysis were evaluated and leukocyte indices were calculated. The absence of reliable differences in the dynamics of the Krebs index, the Bredeck index and the ISLE and reliable differences in the ISNM and ISLM indexes with respect to the index values before the initiation of oxidative stress in rats which received the antioxidants separately and in the mixture were found, which allows to judge about the intensification of some immune mechanisms in animals. The data obtained allow the leukocyte indices to be used to characterize the state of the rat immune system.
