摘要

The reliability of complex technical products is one of the characteristics of their quality. The level of reliability of agricultural machinery is formed at the stages of the life cycle—the design, construction and production of machines, and the implementation of the reliability of machines is carried out at the stage of their long-term operation. Managing the reliability of machines during the operation period consists in taking into account the schedule of periodic service work, eliminating failures, diagnosing machine components and assemblies, reserving spare parts, as well as choosing the optimal strategy for maintenance and repair (M&R). This makes it possible to ensure the working condition of the machines and reduces their unproductive downtime, as well as material costs for operation. The complication of the designs of modern technology leads to an increase in the amount of technical information that regulates the conduct of operations M&R, while the amount of information coming from the machine increases. Under such conditions, engineers need new reliability management tools based on the use of modern information technologies. Over the past 40 years, software products have been developed in the world that allow you to automate engineering tasks for managing the reliability of production assets of enterprises. These products include EAM-systems, on the platform of which it is possible to implement the achievements of the modern digital economy. The introduction of such systems makes it possible to justify progressive TOP strategies based on the real state of the objects being serviced. The article discusses promising options for digitalization of control systems for the operational reliability of machines for agricultural enterprises and the integration of these systems with PDM systems of equipment manufacturers.
