The Impact of Socio-Demographic Factors on Managing Green Tourist Attractions

The study examined the influence that socio-demographic factors have on achievement in managing green tourist Attractions as it would be useful information for green attractions’ stakeholders. The objective of this research was to compare socio-demographic factors on achievement in managing green tourist attractions. In the study, the quantitative method was used to collect data through questionnaire, and the systematic sampling method was used to select 400 respondents who were tourists and visitors at tourist attractions in Wang Yai Village, Udon Thani Province. The questionnaire’s reliability was found at Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.95 whereas the data were analyzed in percentage, mean, t-test and F-test. The study results showed that the factors of gender, age, educational level, occupation, income, and status had effects on the opinion level about achievement in managing green tourist attractions at the significance level of 0.05.
