Development of the Concept of a Digital Multimodal 4PL Container Transportation Tariff in the Russian Federation

Objective: to develop the concept of a digital multimodal 4PL container transportation tariff in the Russian Federation for domestic and international transportation. Methods: analysis, statistical method, comparative method, system approach, synthesis. Results: the concept of a digital multimodal 4PL tariff for container transportation in the Russian Federation has been developed, which can be implemented in two forms: in the form of a dynamic digital multimodal 4PL tariff (transportation within the borders of the Russian Federation) and in the form of an international dynamic digital multimodal 4PL tariff (for international transportation); principles for improving the formation of components of these tariffs are proposed. Main conclusions: calculation formulas, schemes and algorithms for the formation of the proposed tariffs can be used to improve tariff formation in the field of container multimodal transportation in the Russian Federation, as well as for further development of theoretical and methodological foundations of pricing in the field of multimodal transportation.
