摘要

The article analyzes the effect of adding new forms of sulfur preparations (SPV-1 and Sp-80) on resistant populations of spider-tick on cotton. The results of the study showed that the use of new forms of sulfur preparations (SPV-1 and Sp-80) and their biofertilizer mixture is effective against resistant populations of spider-tick (SPV-1 98.1–96.0% and Sp-80 96.5–93.0%) revealed a long-term (more than 20 days) effect. Harm to the useful entomofauna by the drugs used was not noted. The preparations are also approved for use in organic farming. The use of new drugs accelerates the development of cotton by 8–12 days and an additional yield of 5 q/ha is achieved. Our long-term research, carried out in the conditions of the Syrdarya province, revealed that the cobweb is one of the most serious pests of cotton, not only in old cultivated fields, but also in newly developed fields not surrounded by mulberry trees, and ditches have been replaced by concrete trays. Mass reproduction of the spider-tick was observed in dry and hot years (hydrothermal coefficient 0.34–0.57 in April-August). In cotton agrobiocenosis, on the basis of studying the development of its sucking pests and their natural habitats, the terms for effective control of spider-tick have been determined.
