Analysis of Valuable and Economic Features of Introgressive Hybrids of Cotton in Different Soil and Climatic Conditions of Uzbekistan

In introgressive cotton hybrids What is important is the adaptability of valuable economic traits, the influence of the genotype and the environment, their relationship with productivity and other valuable economic traits, and the creation of new highly adaptable varieties. In order to determine the influence of the genotype and the environment on the manifestation of traits and their interaction, a two-way analysis of variance was carried out in hybrid combinations F2-F4 according to economic traits. According to the results obtained, the heritability of productivity is low and it can be positively influenced by various external factors. As a result of breeding work, an increase in the yield of hybrid combinations by an average of 10.5 t/ha was achieved over three years. Two-way analysis of variance showed that the influence of the genotype on the variability of the duration of the growth period in F2-F4 hybrids over the years was insignificant, the contribution of the environment was 68.3%, and the contribution of the genotype-environment was 19.0%. According to the results of the analysis of variance, it was found that the genotype and environmental factors simultaneously have a joint effect on the yield characteristics of the fiber of the hybrids. At the same time, the influence of the genotype was significantly higher—40.1%, and the influence of the environmental factor was 12.6%.
