Development of Rational Composition of Assessment Indicators of Small Technical Tools
摘要
The general methodology of ranking the evaluation indicators of the state standards for traditional (“large”) equipment for small mechanized equipment is developed, the rational composition of the evaluation indicators of small equipment is based, the graphs of the main (“A”) evaluation indicators are constructed and their permissibility is given and the economic effect of ranking is determined. The procedure for dividing the performance indicators specified in the regulatory documents on testing of agricultural machinery into the levels called basic (A), auxiliary (Yo) and technical expertise (TE) based on the structural and functional characteristics of SAs, the permissibility of indicators in the “A” set, graphs and the laws of change determine the scientific-methodical principles of forming a rational composition of evaluation indicators of small equipment. A methodology for determining the amount of funds saved during the testing process due to the reduction in the number of SA evaluation indicators was developed. The practical significance of the research results is that by forming a set of basic evaluation indicators for SAs, it is possible to reduce the costs and duration of their state and field tests. A certain part of irrigated land in Uzbekistan consists of small contours. In these contours, the productivity of large traditional machinery is reduced by 50–60%, and fuel consumption increases by 40–50%, fieldwork is performed by hand. Such shortcomings can be eliminated by using (KMV).
