Production Technology of Small Products from Fine-Grained Concrete
摘要
The article discusses the technology for the production of small-sized products from fine-grained concrete. Improving the technology for the production of small-sized concrete products is currently very relevant, as they are increasingly being used for the improvement of urban areas, in particular, the installation of prefabricated pavement pavements, pedestrian and landscape gardening paths, pedestrian squares and public transport landing sites. As a result, high demands are placed on them. The article presents the areas of application of small-sized products and the requirements for them. The characteristics of the used initial raw materials are given. The processes of their preparation and storage are considered in detail. For the production of products, a binder of low water demand or non-additive Portland cement with domol, mineral aggregates, damping additives (ash microspheres, crushed expanded clay sand, other porous materials) and water are used. Methods for conducting experimental studies are described. Recommendations on the methodology for selecting the composition of the molding sand and organizing the production of small-sized products are proposed. A technological scheme for the production of products and its description, as well as the main technological equipment and its characteristics are presented. The generally accepted rules for assessing the geometric dimensions and indicators of the appearance of products, average density, water absorption and strength indicators of concrete were used. The physical and mechanical properties of concrete in products were tested for compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents.
