The Production Technology of Chili Pepper (Capsicum Annuum) in Indonesia

Chili pepper is a horticultural crop that affects the Indonesian economy. A sustained supply is required to meet consumer demand. However, chili production is low and fluctuated over a year. This paper determined the problems of growing chili pepper and the strategy to improve chili pepper production in Indonesia, including chili pepper cultivation technique, off-season chili pepper cultivation and land expansion.
