Application of Biopositive Technologies for the Development of an Alternative Resource Base

The article is devoted to biopositive technologies for the processing of building materials, depending on the classified waste of the construction sector. Biopositive technologies for the processing of building materials is a comprehensive system for reducing the negative impact on the environment, consisting of rational and efficient technologies for the neutralization and recycling of materials with minimal: emissions into the environment, produced emissions, the use of limited space and energy, as well as the formation of by-products or without them. The options for the use of biopositive technologies and the potential volume of waste produced per year are analyzed on the example of Moscow. Bio-positive technologies mostly include recycling, but not all multi-tonnage waste is reusable. Waste of building materials of organic nature are disposed of using plasma technologies, however, in the process of thermal destruction, a large amount of toxic gases are released, which negatively affects the state of the environment. The solution of this problem is the technology of recovery of bitumen from the waste of building roofing materials using various solvents. The analysis of the quantitative chemical composition of bitumen elements depending on solvents was carried out. Bitumen recovery technology makes it possible to recover up to 70% of recycled bitumen from waste of building roofing materials. The resulting bitumen can be recommended to use in the construction and repair of road surfaces as an additional component in the asphalt mix in order to partially replace traditional bitumen.
