Analysis of the Results of Modeling an Elementary Technological Operation of Threshing
摘要
This article confirms the impulsive nature of the interaction and determines the general patterns of changes in the components of the effort in conditions that are largely close to real. It is established that the impact of the drum on the threshed mass is displayed in the form of successive pulses, each of which is formed under zero initial conditions. With this approach, the non-stationary process under study in the form of a single pulse can be analyzed as a periodic process with superimposed random noise. The pulsed nature of the impact of the scourges makes it possible for harmonics with resonant frequencies to appear in the spectrum of such a process. The impact of the whip on the strain gauge bar through the plant mass was investigated in the experiment with a single blow. The purpose of the study is to confirm the impulsive nature of the interaction and to determine the general patterns of changes in the components of the effort in conditions that are largely close to real.
