Decision-Making Problem Based on Complex Picture Fuzzy Soft Set Using ELECTRE I Method

This chapter deals with ELECTRE I method on complex picture fuzzy soft set. The multicriteria decision-making concept of this method is to rank the alternatives. Complex picture fuzzy soft degree, entropy measure, and weight values are determined. ELECTRE I method includes three concepts, namely, concordance index, discordance index, and aggregated complex picture fuzzy soft dominance matrix, based on which a decision graph is constructed. Fiberglass is among the most environment friendly product. Here, four types of fiberglass, which are A-type, C-type, E-type, and S-type, are taken. These fiberglass are tested for their density, tensile strength, modulus, and elongation at break properties. Using this method, it is found that S-type fiberglass is the best.
