Efficiency of Eco-friendly Construction Materials in Interval Valued Picture Fuzzy Soft Environment

摘要

In this article, TODIM method based on interval valued picture fuzzy soft set is dealt with. An entropy measure on IVPFSS is defined and is used for calculating weights. A score matrix is formed utilizing the score function defined. The concept of normalized Hamming distance between interval valued picture fuzzy soft set is introduced. Next, a dominance degree matrix is obtained from which IVPFSS global values of the alternatives are calculated. For different values of loss factor, the global values are calculated and plotted graphically. Here, five types of eco-friendly construction materials such as earthen structures, natural fibers and cellulose insulation, slate and stones, Grasscrete, hempcrete, and Ashcrete, natural clay plaster are evaluated on the parameters thermal insulation, renewable resources, solar orientation, indoor air quality, recyclability resources, and stormwater control. Using this method, it is found that natural fibers and cellulose insulation are the best eco-friendly materials.
