Multi-criteria Decision-Making with Bipolar Intuitionistic Fuzzy Soft Expert Sets

This article deals with VIKOR method based on Bipolar intuitionistic fuzzy soft expert sets (BIFSES). Firstly, the initial decision matrix with BIFSES is formed. Next score matrix is constructed using score function. The positive and negative ideal solutions for each criteria are calculated. These values, together with the score values, are used to find group utility and individual regret values, which enable in arriving at a compromise solution in BIFSES environment. Here, ceiling fans of four different companies are evaluated for the qualities speed and energy efficiency, and the best company is found using this method.
