Integrated Tomato Cultivation Using Backpropagation Neural Network on Bipolar Fuzzy Sets
摘要
Integrated cultivation system is a method of cultivation that boosts the implementation of nutrients of each system and reduces the counteract effect of diseases on crops. Application of nutrients enhances the returns of crops. Here, backpropagation neural network on bipolar fuzzy sets is enforced to optimize the requirement of nutrients and insecticides to obtain maximum returns of tomato plants. The nutrients nitrogen, potassium, and phosphorus applied to each farm are input layer weights. The input and weights determine the hidden layer output values, which represent the returns on nutrients application. Insecticides such as carbosulfan, abamectin, and acetamiprid are sprayed over each farm, and the total returns is found. If the returns obtained do not reach the targeted value, backpropagation is carried out, and the error is determined. Next the optimal quantity of nutrients and insecticides to be supplied is estimated till favorable returns are obtained.
