Basis, Basis Vectors, and Inner Product

We begin this chapter with a romantic story to familiarize ourselves with the basis vectors and bra–ket notation. Then we will have an in-depth discussion of the importance of basis and basis vectors, which is one of the most confusing parts of understanding some quantum computing algorithms. We will then start some serious but simple math to study vector representations and properties such as their inner product.
