SWAP, Phase Shift, and CCNOT (Toffoli) Gates

In this chapter, we will learn about the SWAP gate, phase shift gate, controlled phase shift gate, and CCNOT gate (Toffoli gate). CCNOT gate is a 3-qubit gate. Their definitions will be introduced, and we will practice matrix multiplications and bra–ket notation to understand their operations on an arbitrary state.
