The treatment of various oral lesions depends on their accurate diagnosis. After evaluating the patient and systemic evaluation and identifying the characteristics of the oral lesion, a biopsy is started. In this part of the book, a summary of the indications, contra-indications, and different biopsy techniques are mentioned.
