A smile is more than just a facial expression, it is a complex interplay of muscles, emotions, and individual personality. The importance and power of a smile in human interaction cannot be overlooked or overstated. It conveys warmth, friendliness, love, positive disposition, social interactions, perceived trustworthiness, and personal attractiveness and confidence. In order to obtain a perfect smile, it is imperative to have knowledge about the muscles, arteries, vessels, and structures that play a critical role in the process. The newly discovered technique for enhancing smiles without surgical intervention is captivating the most interest for patient and medical societies. This chapter provides an overview of dynamic smile surgery using hyaluronic acid filler and botulinum toxin A to have a genuine smile with evidence-based approach for real-life case study. Starting from a brief description of the importance and characteristics of smile, the chapter continues to describe the anatomical consideration of smile and advancements in non-surgical smile design.
