Brow-Lift Procedures
摘要
Brow-lifting procedures address brow ptosis and brow height asymmetries. Importantly, these procedures simultaneously can improve skin laxity across the forehead and associated folds that appear horizontally on the forehead, at the root of the nose, and laterally in the crow’s foot areas. Common surgical approaches include trichophytic (subgaleal and subcutaneous) and endoscopic. While both techniques address brow ptosis, treatment planning is often guided by cosmetic diagnoses, surgeon preference, and supplemental procedures such as bony orbital recontouring, muscle resection, hairline repositioning, and concomitant upper blepharoplasty.
