The classification of facial aesthetic regions, initially proposed by Gonzalez-Ulloa (1956) and later refined by Fattahi (2003), has significantly influenced surgical approaches. Understanding topographical zones, such as those outlined by Platzer and O’Rahilly (1985), enables more precise cosmetic interventions. Various analytical methods, including cephalometric analysis and clinical facial assessments, facilitate comprehensive evaluations of facial proportions and deformities (Meneghini & Biondi, 2012).
