The discussion includes a detailed review of clinical and pathologic staging, highlighting recent updates. The pivotal role of the multidisciplinary tumor board is underscored in ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Surgical resection with negative margins is emphasized as the cornerstone of therapy, significantly enhancing survival rates. This chapter navigates through the intricacies of diagnostic procedures, treatment strategies, and surveillance, with illustrative case presentations underlining key points.
