摘要

Productivity management is a managerial activity and management system that focuses on an organization’s employees’ performance and alignment with its goals and objectives. The manufacturing industry in India contributes to the country’s economic development by creating jobs and money. In this industry, an effective performance management system is critical. This research examines the elements that principle to the success or disaster of a performance supervision method in the manufacturing industry by polling 153 workers from five different big manufacturing businesses in India (whether private or public). Big businesses suggest that they have a thousand or more people directly on their payroll. The analysis demonstrates that the company uses the Key Result Areas technique or KRAs-cum-competency to encourage development and meaningful dialogue among personnel, therefore aligning the requirements of individuals and the organisation in allowing the accomplishment of organisational objectives and outcomes.
