摘要

The article examines strategies for the future development of logistics services in Ukraine. A comprehensive study of international companies and the Ukrainian Statistics Service on the actual state of Ukraine's infrastructure and logistics facilities is presented. Based on the preliminary assessment of the losses of infrastructure facilities, the analysis of the dynamics, structure, and average distance of cargo transportation, the main problems of the current state of the transport and logistics sector of Ukraine were identified A corporate analysis of the work of logistics companies in Ukraine was provided. Changes in the rating positions of postal logistics companies were revealed. In addition, an expert assessment of opportunities and threats, strengths and risks of enterprises—the leaders of postal logistics—was carried out. Determinants that influenced the negative trend in the activity of logistics companies were determined. Based on the research, strategies for the further development of the logistics sector were proposed. An integrated strategy for the development of the transport industry is presented, which provides for immediate measures (development of the railway network and operational ports to support exports to Europe, reconstruction of roads, bridges, and other destroyed and damaged transport infrastructure), as well as medium and long-term legislative and institutional changes (construction of airports, highways, railway tracks with European gauge, development of public procurement and public administration systems, anti- corruption policy, etc.). It was established that integrating the national network of international transport corridors into the European one and developing the transport and logistics infrastructure is necessary. This approach will contribute to the intensification of economic activity in the regions of Ukraine and the effective implementation of their transit and trade potential.
