Blended Learning Adoption on Higher Education

This study examines the adoption model of blended learning in Higher Education after the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was conducted under conditions requiring the academic community to carry out blended learning, which involved technology readiness, information quality, Innovativeness, perceived usefulness, and leader support. This study is a survey research using a questionnaire for data collection and uses a single trait multi-method. The respondents of this study were 300 people consisting of students, e-learning staff, and lecturers in Indonesia. The analytical tool used is structural equations using a two-step approach to SEM. The hypotheses proposed in this study were all accepted. Technology readiness, information quality, Innovativeness, and leader support significantly affect the usefulness and adoption of blended learning. This study has theoretical implications for expanding the TAM model to construct technological readiness. This study applies TAM in a mandatory adoption environment, using respondents from three groups of campus academics. This study will help understand blended learning that must be intensified in the event of a sudden outbreak and help prepare valuable strategies for all community members in higher education.
