Innovative Development Management of Food Safety in Poland: Forecasting the Development of Dairy Enterprises

The article is devoted to the innovative development of food safety management in the leading countries of the world. The work defines the practical aspect of the development of the dairy industry. The opinions of economists regarding the development of the food industry have been studied. The significance of the logistics sphere for the development of the food industry has been determined. The trend line is presented as a geometric representation of the average values of the analyzed indicators obtained using any mathematical function that shows the predicted development of the dairy industry in Poland. R2 is derived—the approximation reliability value shows the degree of compliance of the trend model with the original data. The development of dairy enterprises in Poland is analyzed. The ranking of milk production volumes in the dairy sector of European countries and Great Britain was carried out. The forecast for the development of dairy products in Poland is provided. For forecasting, we used the combined autoregression and integrated moving average (ARIMA) model proposed by Box and Jenkinson. Proposals for improving the activities of milk processing enterprises are given, questions for discussion are given.
