摘要

The administration of information technology and communication networks has taken on a new look as a result of the growth of cloud computing. The phrase “cloud computing” refers to an abbreviated version of a new kind of management information system (MIS) that focuses on the provision of many computer services through a public network, most often the Internet. Cloud computing presents a number of challenges, including the deployment of resources in shared settings, reliance on third parties, and worries about security and privacy. The primary goal of this research is to create a framework that takes into account the cloud computing adoption characteristics that are most important to Jordanian higher education institutions (JHEIs), with the ultimate goal of assisting these institutions in making informed cloud computing decisions. In order to construct a model for the spread of cloud computing across junior and senior high school institutions, the Diffusion of Innovation (DOI) theory, the Technological Acceptance Model (TAM), and the Technology, Organization, and Environment (TOE) framework were used in this research (JHEIs). The authors employ the offered underlying theories and models to create a framework they call the Technology- Organization-Environment- Quality of Cloud Computing Adoption. This enables them to obtain a better knowledge of the elements influencing cloud computing adoption in the context of JHEIs (TOEQCC). This research effort included eleven Jordanian organizations, including both governmental and private entities. NVivo was used to speed the study process, better show the data, and ensure that our results were correct. Tables, pies, bars, and columns were employed to illustrate the statistical and frequency data. In addition, Microsoft’s Business Intelligence and Visio tools were used.
