Intention to Use on E-Commerce in Indonesia

In this study, the intention model for e-commerce users in Indonesia are examined. This study uses community respondents who have used e-commerce and intend to use them again. E-commerce Intention is influenced by perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitudes, beliefs, and social influence. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires. The use of Google Forms is a data collection tool. 324 become respondents in this study, consisted of individual who live in Indonesia and use e-commerce. The data analysis tool uses PLS-SEM. The research results show that all instruments are valid and reliable. The results showed that the e-commerce intention model was accepted, but not all hypotheses were supported. The effect of perceived convenience and perceived usefulness on user attitudes are supported. The effect of user attitude and social influence on e-commerce Intention is supported. The effect of trust on e-commerce Intention is not supported.
