Religious Values as Determinants Selection of Healthcare Facilities

There are many things that need to be considered to improve public health. One of them is organizing health services. The aims of study is analyze the potential influence of religious values on hospital selection. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The objects are Islamic and Christian hospitals in Kebumen Regency. The respondents are former inpatients, Muslims, and Christians in the hospital under study. The researchers will determine the number of samples taken, as many as 100 people each for each patient group, namely Muslims and Christians. The result shows that Religion can be a determinant in the utilization of health facility services. Religion as a factor that can be a determinant in the utilization of health facility services. On the other hand, it can be attributed to the religious condition of Indonesian society. The health industry also responds positively to the religious aspect as one of the identities of health facilities and the form of health services offered.
