Innovative and Sustainable Consumer Intention Towards Smart Garden Gadgets—An Integrated TAM and SUS Model
摘要
The Internet of Things (IoT) is a system of interconnected devices that communicate with each other via the internet, enabling them to share data and perform actions. IoT has revolutionized the way we interact with technology and has been applied to many fields, including indoor gardening. IoT-based indoor gardening products are becoming increasingly popular due to their ability to automate and monitor plant growth, making gardening easier and more accessible to people. This literature review aims to explore the perceived usability of IoT-based indoor gardening products and other IoT-based products and technologies. This paper examines the purchase intention of the respondents using the combined model of TAM and SUS. Consumers’ eco-consciousness has a positive relationship with purchase intention for IoT-based home garden appliances, but it is not statistically significant. On the other hand, the price factor has a negative and statistically significant relationship with purchase intention, suggesting that consumers perceive these products as expensive and may be deterred from purchasing them.
