E-Web Design as Marketing Element and the Influence on Competitive Advantage with Moderation Role of Social Influence

The current study aimed addressing the e-web design as an element of the e-marketing activities to gain the competitive advantage and examined the moderating role of the social influence. The study applied a quantitative research method to achieve the aforementioned objectives. Information and communication technology ICT companies in Jordan have been targeted in this study with a total of 376 participants of marketing and sales managers and staff working in these companies. The study conducted a PLS analysis in order to provide further discussion of the result that include measurement analysis of the model and testing the hypotheses. The results found a significant effect of the e-web design on the competitive advantage, and the results of social influence was also moderated this effect. Accordingly, the study stand with the previous research works in this topic and add further insights and implication for better understanding the web design.
