Concluding Thoughts
摘要
We have come to the end of this broad-reaching book. It is 200 pages that attempt to weave together legal theories and contradictions within property law; case studies of relocated and relocating communities; the laws that shape those processes; and the bureaucratic discretion that interprets those laws, in order to see the tangled web of culture, law, assumption, property, power, race, and weather that create modern relocations in “response” to climate change.
