New Trends in the Banking Sector and the Development of E-Banking

The banking industry is no longer a limited field of work in which clients conduct business with banks all over the world in order to lend money or transfer funds between two accounts; banking is now involved in many aspects of work in clients' daily lives. Also, much of the credit for this noticeable involvement goes to the massive technological evolution we are witnessing and are a part of, which is why in this study, the role of technology in changing banking strategies and processes is discussed, as well as the benefits and drawbacks of E-Banking are discussed unbiasedly. And new E-Banking trends were illuminated. Then, some key figures from the banking and e-banking industries were examined to demonstrate the growing global adoption of E-Banking platforms.
