The Impact of Employee Satisfaction, Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Commitment on Marketing Service Quality in Medical Equipment Companies, Bahrain

摘要

This study aims to examine the relationship between employee satisfaction, organizational commitment, and emotional intelligence on marketing service quality in Bahrain. The literature review has used previous studies to approve the hypothesis. The data was gathered from 167 respondents. IBM SPSS software was used to analyze the data and tested the hypothesis, after a quantitative research study used for this study as a type of primary data. The result demonstrates that employee satisfaction, organizational commitment, and emotional intelligence were found to have a significant positive relationship with marketing service quality in medical equipment companies in Bahrain. Thus, medical equipment companies in Bahrain can use these results to expand their marketing service quality in campiness. In addition, the finding of this study also provided the medical equipment companies a good preparation and rising strategies to improve the marketing service quality. Finally, the study provides guidance and tools for further actions. This is important to keep the endurance of the medical equipment companies in the global part, however, new strategies for marketing service quality medical equipment companies need to be developed from time to time and it depends on the outcome of this study.
