Factors that Influence the Occupational Safety and Health for Employees as a Part of Human Resource Management Practices a Study on Non-government Organization in Palestine Gaza Strip (UNRWA)

To develop a theoretical framework to explain the relationships involved, the research set out to identify the factors that affect workers' occupational safety and health at the non-governmental organization in Palestine-Gaza Strip (UNRWA), the contribution of health and safety measures made in the workplace, as well as assess the impact of these factors on working conditions and the effects of healthcare professionals. The expense of non-compliance in terms of work-related injuries and workers' compensation as well as absence from duty serves as an example of the significance of health and safety. The study looked at how to change how both the administration and the staff feel about safety. It has outlined the necessary precautions to take to ameliorate the situation, as well as health and safety procedures. Any organization's performance is primarily dependent on the ongoing assessment and strengthening of health and safety procedures. The virtual component maintains the health and safety of the workers. A study of the literature on occupational health and safety from various publications was done for the research, and it was found that every company with more than five employees must have an effective health and safety policy and program in place. The study included several statistical analyses using secondary and primary data from the UNRWA in the Gaza Strip in Palestine, which has a bed capacity of more than eighty. Given the diversity of the population, quantifiable data from a survey of 300 employees was acquired to guarantee that all cadres were represented. The study's findings show that the UNRWA organization has sufficient facilities available.
