Postdigital Data
摘要
The notion of postdigital data represents a shift from traditional digital paradigms, challenging the binary distinction between digital and analog realms. This entry shows how postdigital theory reconfigures our understanding of data, by emphasizing the complex, intertwined realities of contemporary life. By integrating socio-cultural, politico-economic, and environmental dimensions, postdigital data emerges as a concept beyond the limitations of techno-solutionism and techno-determinism. The essay examines three interrelated themes: society and citizenship, education and learning, and the environment. Through these themes, the entry offers a critical framework for rethinking data in a postdigital world.
