Postdigital Human Rights

  • Selman Özdan

摘要

Postdigital human rights can be defined as the dynamic and interactive convergence between international human rights and the digital age. They reflect the interplay between technological progress and the conceptualisation, realisation, and implementation of human rights within the contemporary context. This entry summarizes emerging and/or digitally mediated rights: the right to access to the Internet, the right to privacy, the right to freedom of expression, the right to protection from digital violence and algorithmic bias, and the right to protection of digital identity.
