Feminist Postdigital Inquiry

Feminist Postdigital Inquiry (FPI) is a transdisciplinary field that critically examines the intersectional relationships between gender, technology, and society. Emerging from feminist theories of social justice and intersectionality, FPI researches the implications of the postdigital age on racial and gendered experiences and identities. By integrating feminist principles with postdigital research methods, FPI offers a distinct perspective on contemporary social phenomena. This entry provides an overview of the historical development, key principles, methodology, applications, and societal impact of FPI. Through interdisciplinary research, FPI has also influenced social activism, media representation, technology design, and public policy by critically connecting gender diversity, representation, and inclusion.
