Reconstruction from Two Images

This chapter discusses triangulation, a technique for estimating the 3D coordinates of points in a scene from their projections in two or more images. The resulting 3D model may differ from the real scene by transformations that reflect our degree of knowledge about the sensor and/or the scene.
