The chapter discusses the creation of the new organization called International Network of Women Engineers and Scientists (INWES) at ICWES-XII, and the election of an interim board in 2002, the election of the new boards in 2005 and 2008. The chapter discusses the content of Board meetings and of the General Member’s meetings over a period of 6 years (2002–2008), including main activities and committees.
