B-Cell and T-Cell Immunity in Nasal Polyposis
摘要
Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) with nasal polyps (NPs) is a severe subtype of chronic sinusitis with an impressive amount of heterogeneity. There exists remarkable cellular diversity within nasal polyp tissues, and T- and B-cell lymphocytes remain important components of chronic inflammation in nasal polyp tissues. This chapter highlights the latest research regarding the role of T and B cells in nasal polyp pathophysiology.
