To enhance the bioavailability, stability, and targeted delivery of biocompounds, nanonutraceuticals solve the issues long connected with nutrient absorption and therapeutic efficacy. Nanoencapsulation, liposomes, nanoemulsions, and solid lipid nanoparticles are used to target specific nutrients, like curcumin, resveratrol, and green tea polyphenols, to guarantee maximum richness in anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and metabolic defenses against said nutrients. The scope in this area looks very promising to tackle with deficiency in micronutrients and chronic diseases along with the aspect of age-related healthcare benefits, while energizing personalized nutrition with further support coming from nutrigenomics and AI-driven customization. However, challenges do remain as well as safety, regulatory gaps, and the need for long-term clinical studies.
