Idiopathic Clubfoot
摘要
Clubfoot or congenital talipes equinovarus is the most common congenital deformity of the lower limb in the pediatric population. The gold standard for treatment is the Ponseti method with sequential casting and manipulations, with more than 90% of success. This method helps to avoid major corrective surgeries as the postero medial release which has been associated with stiffness and painful feet in adulthood.
