Benign Soft-Tissue Tumors

Soft-tissue tumors are a group of neoplasms of mesenchymal origin. They can be classified depending on their cellular differentiation and/or the degree of aggressiveness. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), followed in some cases by needle biopsy, is the basic diagnostic pillar. Treatment may include surgery, radiotherapy, and quimiotherapy.
