Lumbar Stenosis

Lumbar spinal stenosis is a debilitating condition with well-known clinical presentation. The variation in symptom intensity, differences in anatomic characteristics, and associated comorbidities make treatment decision making difficult. The authors present their current evaluation and treatment strategy focusing on the association of stenosis and spinal alignment.
